Every year the International Documentary film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) wants to amaze its audience with a campaign that shows IDFA's creativity and innovation.
For this years campaign we recreated the iconic camera logo with cameras. The camera cloud illustrates the get together of the worlds most talented and celebrated documentary film makers at this leading festival.
Film makers and audience can satisfy their curiosity and get together at the IDFA. This was the main idea for this years commercial. Executed in 3D animation and underlined with audio fragments form documentary films.
Cameras take the viewer to fascinating places. Combined with quotes in voice over they become the start of stories. The spot ends with the key image of the cameras forming the IDFA logo.
With more than 300 documentaries that are shown during the festival and more than 200.000 visitors IDFA is the worlds leading documentary festival.
